Take the Barton Rd (A603) westbound out of Cambridge. Cross the M11, and few hundred metres further on take a right onto B1046 signposted towards Barton and Comberton. Go through Barton and then Comberton. The next village along is Toft. Meridian court is one of the first buildings in the village on the left hand side, next to the golf course.

From the A14 Eastbound

Continue south and east along the A14 and join the M11 southbound. Continue south for about two miles and exit at junction 12 and turn right onto the A603 out of Cambridge (towards Wimpole).
