ixPressia Print Engine shipped by manufacturers

Cametrics, the Cambridge-based software consultancy, is delighted to announce that ixPressia, their software products division, has reached a major milestone. The first licensees of ixPressia's Print EngineTM Software have manufactured their industrial inkjet printers using ixPressia Print Engine and are shipping them in volume.
The ixPressia Print Engine software enables inkjet printer manufacturers to drive printers with any printhead type, number and configuration, without having to develop new software each time they design a new printer.
Matt Pyne, Technical Director, says "This is a unique product which will make printer development much easier and quicker, and at a much lower cost than writing bespoke software from scratch."
