Quality is also assured by careful specification and architecting, designing for test, and test plans and verification where appropriate.

The directors and staff of Cametrics Ltd are committed to reviewing and improving the quality of the service delivered in the development, support & documentation of software & electronic systems to ensure our customers needs and expectations are fully satisfied.

The quality objectives of Cametrics Ltd include delivering bespoke solutions using highly skilled staff to meet customers technical and business needs in the most appropriate way to timescale and to budget.

We know that we are meeting our quality objectives if our clients recognise that we are delivering relevant expertise, high quality of service, and we are a known quantity to them which leads to repeat business.

Quantitative measures include achieving high levels of invoice recovery, solid profitability, and a happy team of staff in pleasant office surroundings with the correct level of resources.

Cametrics recognises that its continuing success and reputation depends on the quality of the service it offers and that BS/EN/ISO 9001:2000 provides an internationally recognised standard for quality systems, against which Cametrics own quality system can be judged. The quality system described in the quality manual is intended to meet the requirements of that standard.
